For some time now I have been looking for a new, simple machine without too many accessories and attachments, because they are not used anyway and keep the kitchen cupboards occupied. I want to be able to grate and make slices and that is exactly what it does. With a separate knife and bowl it can also shred. The attachment with a side outlet is useful, so that the grated product immediately ends up in a dish or bowl. A potential disadvantage is that the device may only be switched on for approximately 1 minute at a time. In practice, the inconvenience is not that bad. The device is lightning fast. A whole celeriac cut into large pieces in advance goes through easily in about 1 minute. I think it's a pity that the grater is very coarse. It is much too coarse for celery or carrot salad and I find that a major disadvantage for such sturdy vegetables as raw vegetables. I'm going to find out if a loose julienned disk is available. Then the machine would be perfect for me. Nothing can be said about reliability yet. I've only had it for a short time.

You must read the manual carefully, because the engine may only be on for a short time. For example, only 30 seconds when kneading dough. But luckily that is also more than enough. Meanwhile, chopped onions, ginger, garlic and mushrooms, made pizza dough, sliced bok choy, grated cheese and made tomato sauce. All ready in an instant. Little washing up and should even go in the dishwasher. Just don't use the attachment where you grate or cut and collect in an external bowl. The only thing I really regret is that it doesn't come with an extra small grater.
