According to our mobile phone expert
You can watch movies and series in high quality on the sharp Full HD screen.
The screen refreshes 144 times per second, so movements like scrolling look smooth.
With the included 68W charger, you can fast charge your battery.
The 4020mAh battery doesn't last as long as other smartphones.
You can't expand the storage capacity with a memory card.

The Edge 30 Neo is all-around a great device with a beautiful screen (small bezels and high refresh rate), excellent fingerprint, an almost stock Android experience, fast charging (with charger in the box) and wireless charging (which is not very common in this price category). occurs) in a compact format. The perfect device is not there, so this device unfortunately also has a few negative points such as not the best update policy (barely 2 years of major Android upgrades + 1 more year of security updates) if you look at competitors and is far from the fastest available with these. set. In addition, the battery is not bad, but certainly not good. You will also find faster devices in the price range. The build quality is ok, although it is made of plastic it does not feel cheap. The photos are fine for me, but I don't really care much (the ones from the Pixel 6A are a lot better). In all honesty I have to say that the size was the deal breaker for me (I don't like a clumsy smartphone that you almost have to use with 2 hands) and if the Nothing(1) was smaller then I would definitely have gone for it (is better than this Motorola on almost all counts). I also considered the Pixel 6A because of its similar size, but the lack of wireless charging and the display that isn't as good made me choose the Motorola. If compact size and photos are important to you, I'd lean more towards the Pixel 6A.

I have been testing this phone for several weeks. It is nice to use without all unnecessary apps. Motorola's own app is useful on some points. You can start certain things with movements. I find it particularly useful to shake 2x before turning on the flashlight and I have used it regularly. I found the other movements superfluous.
I particularly like the battery life and the screen. I don't use the phone all day long and can easily do 2 days with 1 battery charge. the OLED screen is very nice. The sound of the speakers also struck me in a positive way and was more than fine. What is also easy is that you can set your preferences for each connected device with the Dolby Atmos app. The phone remembers those settings.

Very nice phone for a good price. Usually I've had the "other Android phones", Motorola, Xiaomi. I tried an Iphone 12, for 3 months and above all a lot of annoyance. It's just me, but I really couldn't get used to it. I was the only one in the family with Android, and now I'm happy again. With fine Motorola Edge 30 Neo. The Neo opted for the size, the Ultra and Fusion are again one size larger.
