In addition, it's shockproof in case of falls from up to 1.6m high, so it's not a big deal when it falls out of your pocket. You don't have to be scared near water either. The camera is waterproof to a depth of 14m, so you can go diving or snorkeling with it. The 6 LED lights around the lens of the camera allow you to illuminate your underwater subjects. That's useful if you photograph a piece of coral or want to add depth to your macro photos.
