Cool radio! Rechargeable but without a built-in battery. Works with 6 rechargeable batteries (not included) that recharge when the device is connected to the mains.

The sound is very acceptable compared to other portable radios.

Nice radio, good sound, and easy to operate after some figuring out. But the batteries run out very quickly. And rechargeable batteries are not recharged when the device is connected to the mains. This is also stated in the manual, but it contradicts what is said in another review.
