The Severin DK 1031 induction cooktop is a freestanding cooktop with a practical touch control panel and a continuous temperature control. This way, you can set the ideal temperature for each of the 2 cooking zones. The keep-warm function ensures that your stew never cools off too quickly after cooking. So you can plan a meeting in between, without your food getting cold or burning. The cooktop also protects your fingers because it warns you when there's too much residual heat. This way, you always know if the surface is too hot to touch. An indicator light also shows whether the cooktop is on or off.
