You can grill meat and fish at high temperatures with The Bastard Cast Iron Half Moon Griddle Medium 40cm. The grill rack covers half of the barbecue. This way, you can perform 2 different cooking techniques. That's useful if you cook meat on one side and vegetables on the other side. Use one side of the grill as a flat roasting rack and the other side as a ribbed grill plate.
