Daily healthOur digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our handheld massager expert
The massage gun includes 3 different attachments for different kinds of pressure points on your muscles.
Thanks to the 3 different intensity settings, you can determine the intensity of the massage.
You can connect the massage gun to the Therabody app for more guidance during a massage.
The massage head isn't adjustable, so you can reach difficult places such as your back and shoulders less well.
The Therabody Theragun Mini Gen 2 Black is the smallest and lightest Therabody massage gun. The handheld massager weighs less than 0.5kg and is 20% smaller than the Theragun Mini Gen 1. That's useful, because you can easily hold the handheld massager during the massage. You can adjust your massage to your liking via the Therabody app. Set the speed, choose a massage program, or receive guidance, for example. You can also use the Mini Gen 2 without the app. In addition, you can use the 3 included attachments to complete your massage. Thanks to the triangular design, you can firmly and comfortably hold the massage gun. And with the included storage cover, you can safely store the massager in your gym bag.
Note: don't use the product or discuss it with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, joint prosthetic, or electronic implant. This also applies if you suffer from one of the following conditions or complaints: diabetes, circulation disorders, varicose veins, or vein infections.Recommended for use
Daily healthI doubted for a long time whether this would be the right choice, but it looks like it! I get the strong impression that there are only a few 'real' brands (Therabody and Hyperice), and that the rest of the range is 'more of the same' regardless of price point. This is reflected in build quality and therefore durability and ease of use. This Theragun Mini is the cheapest of this brand (and also the smallest, so easy to carry in the included pouch) but certainly powerful enough for me. There are 3 heads included and that is also enough in practice. The battery lasts long (enough) and is also quickly charged via USB-c. I mainly use it to massage away knots in the calf after running and that works fine. He is certainly powerful enough. It takes some getting used to how long and intensively you have to do that, but the supplied app provides good insight into this; you start a routine via the app and it automatically ensures the correct position in terms of power and frequency and also indicates whether you are applying sufficient pressure.

I am very satisfied with it. After having had the version 1 for a few years, I bought it and it is much more pleasant in several respects
