This scale gives me more insight into my body and my health. I keep track of my health progress in the app. It does take some time to understand the app properly.

Unpack and install The scale comes in a nice box. This immediately gives me the feeling that I have a luxury product at home. I also think the scale looks very nice. This makes it look nice in my bathroom. Installation was easy. I already had the Withings app on my phone. This quickly connected the scale to the app and I could get started quickly.

Extensive body analysis The scale does a quick body analysis. When I stand on the scale, different values appear on the display. This way I can see my weight, fat percentage, muscle mass and heart rate. A nice extra is that the scale also shows the air quality and the weather. During the next measurement, I can see on the display exactly how many kilograms I have gained or lost. This gives me a good idea of how my weight is changing. I do find that the different values disappear from the display quite quickly. But luckily I can also read them back in the app.

Track health in the app The data of each measurement is stored in the app. This way I keep track of my health progress. In the app I see different graphs per value. For example, I keep track of my weight and fat percentage. The app also indicates whether my belly fat and water mass are at a healthy level. I set my goal in the app, for example losing fat mass. The app then helps to achieve this goal. I found the app a bit unclear, especially in the beginning. There are many different dashboards and graphs. As a result, it often takes some time to find the right information.
