With the Optoma GT2000HDR, you can project a sharp image with a high contrast form a short distance. Because this projector is a short throw projector, you already have a 1m wide projection when you place the projector 0.5m from the wall. This way, the setup takes up little space in your living room. And thanks to the Full HD resolution, you can see many details in what you're watching. During a nature documentary, you see all the individual leaves on a tree. The high contrast ratio provides a large difference between light and dark. The dark images aren't vague or gray this way, but really dark. A thrilling action movie looks realistic like this.
The Optoma GT2000HDR has a throw ratio of 0.496:1, which means you can place the projector about 0.5m away from the screen for a 1m wide projection. For a 2m wide projection, you can double this distance to about 1m. Be sure to first check where you want to put the projector and if there's space.
