A beautiful record player that now plays via Bluetooth with the JBL Charge 4. Both Bluetooth version 4.2 so that works fine. The device works ok and fortunately can be adjusted like an 'old-fashioned' record player, so with needle power and anti-skating. If you ever want to replace the element, you can reset the needle force. I wouldn't bother with that myself, I think the element gets the best out of this player. A better element will not add much and is a waste of money. The adjustment was so easy, but the rule of thumb that the anti-skating must be equal to the needle force does not apply to this player, at 2.5 the arm will 'hang' halfway the plate. The skating is now at 0 which solves this problem. But then the anti-skating also has little to add. The arm has quite a lot of play, both horizontally and vertically on the main bearing. We have already returned an earlier copy on this. This play must be 'by design', but a really good arm is really without any play. You shouldn't be able to move it and that is certainly possible with this arm. That is immediately the bridge to the sound quality (which we have only assessed via Bluetooth and the JBL Charge 4). Which is ok for a teenage room. Or if you just want to play a nice picture every now and then. If you have higher requirements for the display quality, then I would choose something else where I am afraid that you will have to spend 2 to 3 times as much.
