Received a new device via Coolblue but the problem persisted. Cleaned all records but nothing helped. Returned the device and now bought a Pro-ject via Sonos. Works great from day 1! Unfortunately the Victrola is not the turntable to combine with your Sonos system. I would definitely not recommend this.
