We have had Twinkly for the Christmas tree for 3 years, but I still find it harsh colors compared to Hue. Bought it this year because the rest of the house, both inside and outside, is also Hue. Lights up very attractively and the pre-programmed options are very nice, especially in combination with the rest of the lamps. Also many other ways to change the colors. Plenty of options! No downside at all then? Yes.... We think 250 lights in the 215cm tree are a bit too few, so we'll buy the larger version next year!

According to our smart light expert
The light strip emits multiple colors of light at the same time to create certain lighting effects.
Thanks to the 20m length, you can light up an average space.
With a bridge, you can also control the lights when you're not home or set up fixed routines.
Without a bridge, you can only control the lights within Bluetooth range.
