Terribly failed product. Only lasted a day for me before I bought another case. Fortunately I was able to return it to CoolBlue without any problems, thanks for that!
What's wrong with it? The biggest drawback is that the case does not have curling edges, but stops just below the glass. As a result, the glass is not protected if you place the phone upside down on the table. The case also peels off the corners very easily. A bit too easy, in fact, and I think that will only get worse as the case ages. A case that does not stay in place and does not protect. Really, you had one job...
Getting worse. The material is far too thick, making the phone feel even bigger than it already is. The thick material makes the fingerprint sensor (start button) almost inaccessible for your index finger. Because you start almost all interaction with the phone with that button, it is incredibly annoying, it just makes the phone difficult and annoying to use. (Thickness and accessibility are fine with my new case, so it is possible.)
The material is also too smooth and slippery, so I was constantly afraid that it would slip out of my hands.
And last but not least: the price. Absurdly high and four times as much as what I paid for the simple bumper case from China that does the job.
I wanted to support Fairphone with this purchase, but I can only say: do not buy this failed product.
