I recently bought a Toshiba television from Coolblue, specifically a second-hand model. Unfortunately, I have only had problems with it. The image constantly stutters, which makes the viewing experience incredibly annoying. When I contacted Coolblue's customer service, I did not receive any suitable solution. They indicated that I had to have the television repaired myself, which of course I absolutely did not expect from a product that I had just purchased.
It seems that I was unlucky, but I am convinced that I simply received a broken television. Coolblue sold me a defective television and refuses to take responsibility for solving the problem. Instead of offering a solution, I was simply referred to solve the problem myself.
I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service of Coolblue. This is the last time I will buy anything here.
