I was looking for a not too large keyboard/piano. After many reviews I ended up with this casio. This brand was not at the top of my list, but it surprised me in a positive way! There aren't hundreds of sounds in there, but that's not what I was looking for. The sounds in it are all beautiful! Now I grew up in the 70ties and in this keyboard I find sounds of hits from that time. Not really important, but nice. Operating/changing the various sounds is almost self-explanatory. There are 7 main sounds and you can adjust them in standard, advanced, modern, vintage. It has a metronome and you can also record your strumming. There is a headphone input and also USB. There is the option to connect a separate Bluetooth dongle. The boxes are hidden under a fabric-covered strip above the keys. The sound without headphones is definitely good for a keyboard of this size/price! I previously had a Yamaha from the NP series and this Casio is absolutely in no way inferior. The sound might even be better! If you want to learn to play, but don't want to pay the top price and still enjoy a nice sound, then this is definitely recommended. The keys feel nice. Not smooth, but slightly roughened. The only minor downside is the connections, which are mainly located in the middle of the back. You have to be creative with the cord of your headphones so that it does not hinder your playing. The accompanying booklet is a bit sparse, but it contains all the basic options. Look at reviews online, they are very clear and you can get started right away. If you're just starting out: first learn some basic chords and you'll soon be able to play some songs! Enjoy!
