Mediocre robot, poor repair service

I've now had my robot vacuum repaired twice — and both times the experience was absolutely terrible.

I purchased the robot in August 2024.

The first repair (May 2025) was necessary because the vacuum cleaner stopped sucking. When I received the appliance back on May 23rd, the box was damaged, and the robot and its base unit had been shipped loose in the box, with virtually no packing material. The box rattled. Furthermore, several parts had not been returned: the manuals, the mops, and the extra vacuum bag I had included. The vacuum bag cover was also damaged, with scratches and stains, even though I had sent it with a protective film.

The second repair (October 2025) was necessary because the robot had started leaking. When I received it back on October 9th, it was again poorly packaged — loose in a box with virtually no protection. It also turned out that a cover panel was missing, allowing you to see directly into the robot's interior. To make matters worse, the robot is still leaking, even after this second repair.
