TomTom GO Camper Max World + Premium Pack

Bought this product especially for the journey with the caravan. Stuck in a town twice, was not indicated on the device (the map). Also once stood in front of a road closure; was not indicated. You have to link the current traffic situation via the smartphone. And therefore have a data subscription in Europe (or beyond...). Current traffic situation is not immediately displayed on the device. Result, stood in a traffic jam several times without it being indicated. (On other traffic apps it was). Everything set as it should be. So it does not work, waste of money. Money is now really thrown away; you cannot rely on the device, really a shame.

The charger, also the attachment, makes poor contact with the monitor, which means it does not charge properly. The result during longer journeys is failure due to an empty battery. TomTom's customer service is approached for this, but it is absolutely worthless. You are constantly confronted with pre-programmed chatbots and emails that do not respond in any way.

I bought this because the screen of my previous one broke after three years. TomTom completely abandons you and does nothing to compensate you for a clear technical failure. I find the TT slightly more user-friendly than the Garmin, and I immediately needed a different GPS; otherwise, I wouldn't have bought a TT again.
