The Theragun Sense Black makes it easy to massage and relax your body. That's because it has breathing routines and a heart rate sensor. This way, the massage gun helps you relax and reduce stress. You receive 4 massage attachments with it, so you have a variety of suitable attachments for different body parts. For example, there are attachments for sensitive areas and relieving your lower back. You can choose from 5 intensity levels. This allows you to decide how firm the massage is. You can easily read the setting on the display. You can connect the massager to the Therabody app. In the app, you can get guidance during the massage and adjust the device.
