According to our handheld massager expert
The massage gun includes 4 different attachments for different kinds of pressure points on your muscles.
Thanks to the 5 different intensity settings, you can determine the intensity of the massage.
You can connect the massage gun to the Therabody app for extra guidance during a massage.
The massage head isn't adjustable, so difficult places such as your back and shoulders are harder to reach.
With the Theragun Prime Gen 5, you can relax your muscles and remove knots from your muscles. You have a suitable attachment for different situations. There are 4 massage attachments included. You can use them to relieve pain in sensitive areas or to improve blood circulation. You can massage firmly because you can apply force up to 14kg. Because you massage 12mm deep into your muscle tissue, you can easily remove knots in your muscles. The 5 intensity settings allow you to choose how firmly you massage. The LED lights on the device indicates the setting. You can connect the massage device with the Therabody app for extra guidance during the massage.
Note: consult your doctor first or don't use the product if: you're pregnant; have a pacemaker, a joint prosthesis, or an electronic implant; you have diabetes, a circulation disorder, varicose veins, and/or inflammation of the veins.Recommended for use

Nice, handy machine, but too powerful for me due to the large range of motion of 16 mm. Still sent it back.

I'm very enthusiastic. I've been using massage guns for 14 years. A few from AliExpress. Great if you want a light massage for a small price. You can also buy a so-called Dolfijn, which has a long handle. These devices are also quite light. If you exercise a lot and strenuously (my case) and strain your muscles, causing knots to develop more quickly, then this device is brilliant. With its 14kg of force, it can loosen any muscle. The Elite or the Pro are even more powerful. I'm used to quite a bit, but that power is simply overkill for me. After testing it with a friend of mine (Elite), I consciously chose this one. The BT connection is useless as far as I'm concerned... unless you're completely disconnected from your own feelings ;) It's compact enough to take anywhere: on vacation, in traffic, to work, the gym, or to your neighbor's birthday party. The included accessories are great, and the carrying case is convenient.
