The scraper is a piece of junk

I am very happy with my purchase. I made beautiful smooth cashew cheese with it, and that went quickly. The small bowl also grinds the spices nicely. Actually I see no downsides, except for the scraper. That is nothing. When you fold it out it does not sit firmly straight but moves back and forth easily. And while scraping I probably accidentally touched a knife because there were already all kinds of snags in it. And yes, those knives are really sharp, you should not underestimate that. Two nasty wounds sustained by thoughtless (brief) touching. So now I have the greatest respect for that.
