For your iPhone 14 or older and your iPad with Lightning port, you need a Lightning cable.
The USB-C charging cable is not suitable for MacBook models with MagSafe connector.

Thanks to Power Delivery, this Apple charger provides the high power that's necessary to charge your large MacBook. This charger is also suitable for any other MacBook and iPad Pro. You can also use the charger to fast charge your iPhone 8 or newer. Within half an hour, your battery is charged to 50%. With the sturdy Apple USB-C to USB-C cable 2m nylon white, you can charge your iPhone 15, iPad, or MacBook. Thanks to the 2m length, you have more freedom of movement while charging. This cable lasts longer than a regular plastic cable thanks to the sturdy nylon sleeve. Check if your MacBook has a USB-C port, as some new models can only fit a MagSafe cable.
