I borrowed this from my sister-in-law and was so pleased with it that I ordered one for myself that same day. It arrived very quickly.

I came to the website specifically to post a review. I spent a long time researching this thing and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Conclusion: buy this if, like us, you absolutely hate cleaning. It genuinely makes it more fun and easier. I saw in some reviews that people think it leaks water. Yes, water drips out, but what exactly do you expect from a steam cleaner? It contains hot water. It will dry up again.
The floor is nice and fresh, the kitchen, the shower... Well, normally I don't do all that in one day. Great device. The luxury version will undoubtedly be even more fantastic, but for a normal terraced house, this works perfectly fine.
