Philips HR2767/00

I used the Philips 5000 Series Personal Blender HR2767/00 for testing. I prefer to make smoothies and soups for myself and/or my family. I was looking for a powerful blender that can also prepare smaller portions. I have a mixer with a glass jug, but it is so large and heavy that I don't easily pull it out of the cupboard. The great thing about this device is that it comes with different measuring cups, each with its own lid. So you can prepare both small and large portions. The measuring cups are BpA-free plastic and lightweight. The blender only has 1 setting, when you press it, it starts blending immediately. You still have to click it into place, then you can let it go and let it do its work. Most of it is prepared within 30 seconds, according to the instructions and also in practice. It blends everything with ease, including frozen fruits, etc. No large pieces are left behind. I am a fan and can recommend this product to everyone.

Because you don't often take the cups with you in practice, a basic version would have been fine in retrospect. The largest cup can handle a maximum of 500-600ml of liquid.

I've always had the same cheap smoothie maker from Blokker. This one broke down after half a year. After wearing out three, I switched to another one. This one from Philips got good reviews, so I chose that one.

What a difference in power. This one does in 3 seconds what the other one took me 15 seconds to do. It is a lot bigger and heavier. I did notice that you have to screw the cap with the blades on very tightly otherwise it starts to leak.

Otherwise it's a great thing, only been using it for 2 weeks so I can't say more about it.
