We were able to try out and test this washing machine via review.nl. I found the supplied manual and the manual that you can find on the internet to be very brief. It has many functions, but it takes a while before you discover what the washing machine can actually do. An example of this is the hygienic steaming program. This sounds like a program for clothes that you would normally take to the dry cleaners. Unfortunately this is not the case, your clothes are washed and then steam is blown into the drum which removes all bacteria. Nice to wash underwear, for example, once in a while. Unfortunately, I only found out about this when my husband's expensive suit jacket came out of the machine completely damaged and wrinkled. So it's a shame that there is no clearer manual with the machine.

Much better than Siemens and AEG...the 4th Samsung purchased 11 or 12 kg for professional washing...more than 2000 washes at no cost...If AEG and Siemens Max reach 500 washes, you will know!

Good and beautiful design in the black version. The washing machine has numerous options. The machine can be operated with Samsung's smart things app. Here you can download programs that are not programmed by default. The machine is further operated via a touchscreen and rotary knob. Sometimes it takes some searching with so many options, but the ease of use is good. You can personalize the programs so that they meet your wishes. The machine's handy detergent dispensers, but also washing pods, etc. can be used. The dispensers ensure that leftover detergent residues are a thing of the past. The machine calculates exactly how much detergent is needed based on the weight of the load and the selected program.
The machine is very quiet and even at a speed of 1400 you can hardly hear the machine.
A very nice machine, a bit pricey but we think it's worth it.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our washing machine expert
AI doses your detergent automatically thanks to the turbidity sensor, which sees how dirty your laundry is.
With QuickDrive, you can wash half a drum within 39 minutes and you can shorten the washing time of 11 cycles.
The Steam Wash cycle washes extra hygienically because it removes allergens and bacteria with steam.
There's no lighting in the drum, so you can't see your laundry well in the dark.
