With the GreenPan Evolution Wok 28cm + Pan Protector, you do your part for the environment. The pan is made of 100% recycled aluminum. You can easily attach the detachable handle to the pan with the included hex key. Thanks to the ceramic coating, the pan is stronger than a pan with a standard non-stick coating. That's useful, because it lasts longer that way. Thanks to the deep and round shape, you can easily flip your ingredients. This way, you keep your cooktop free from food rests. Done preparing food? Clean the pan in the dishwasher. The pan protector makes sure your pan doesn't wear when you stack it with another pan.
