Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our thermostat expert
With this temperature sensor, you can measure the temperature everywhere in your home.
You can also set the radiator thermostat from the sensor.
The sensor works on batteries so you can place it everywhere.
You need a starting pack to use the sensor.
The temperature sensor isn't compatible with older Tado devices.

Ease of assembly
Works great in combination with the Tado X radiator valves. I have casings around my radiators and because of that the Tado X radiator valves did not work very well on their own: the temperature is then measured in the casing and it quickly heats up, causing the radiator valve to think I can turn it off again. Now this sensor measures the temperature in the room (wherever you want) and passes it on to the radiator valve and that works perfectly. The only disadvantage I find: they are quite large and not exactly nice (in my opinion) in sight.

It solved all the issues we had with the radiators that are in the nooks and therefore their thermostat reads 40 degrees when in reality it is 21.
