Unfortunately, it is just a little too long for TCL televisions to fit between the legs, so it has to stand in front of the TV. A missed opportunity, I think.

I also really like that it can work so autonomously, without the TV, so you can listen to music, podcasts, or ambient sound without having to have the TV on.

The only downsides regarding sound are that with my television, I hear a slight delay between the first sound of something and the image on the screen. If you are listening to music or watching a movie, for example, that delay isn't there; it only appears as soon as the source of perfect silence transitions to sound. The other minor downside is the loud voice that announces each mode; it is not possible to turn it off, and I find that it actually interrupts your experience a bit sometimes.
