Ninja Woodfire Protective Cover XSKCOVEREUUK

I purchased the Ninja because I was looking for a safe alternative to a BBQ for my balcony. The Ninja isn't that, although it grills fine. With a BBQ, a significant part of the flavor is created by the evaporation of fat that has leaked onto the coals. An electric BBQ/grill can handle this too, where the fat leaks onto the heating elements and evaporates. This doesn't really happen with the Ninja, as the fat leaks neatly onto the grill plate. I thought the wood pellets would make up for this, but that isn't really the case. Otherwise, I am quite happy with it. A solid piece of equipment, great for grilling, etc. The controls are a bit tricky at times and the reset button is very well hidden, but otherwise I am quite pleased with it. However, I might not buy it again.
