According to our office software expert
With this package you have Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook.
This is a permanent license, you don't have to renew it.
This package is suitable for both 1 Windows and macOS device.
With this license, you can only use Office on 1 computer, so the license isn't suitable to be used on multiple similar devices.
With Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024, you can choose for a complete online work space. With this package, you have the latest and most updated versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. You can install it on 1 computer, iMac, MacBook, or laptop, so it's suitable for a single user. This package contains a permanent license. This way, you don't have to renew it every year. The 2024 version has a number of new functions. For example, Word provides grammatical support during typing. Microsoft Excel works faster, so you have a better overview of your accounting and administration. You can easily add animations to the new recording studio with PowerPoint, which creates an extra interactive presentation. With OneNote, you can take notes in the lecture hall or during meetings. Additionally, you also have Outlook with this version. You can keep up with your emails with ease and you have a good overview of all your business associates. This way, you can work smoothly on your daily tasks.
Note: this software package can only be returned if the seal is still intact.
Note: if you use Office for business, you're required to use the business version of Office, in accordance with the Microsoft terms and conditions.
A lot of searching to install. Just annoying because of the unclear installation instructions and you are also constantly pushed to Office 365. The instructions provided by Coolblue are not applicable.

I chose Office 2024 because it doesn't store its files in the cloud. So you get all your documents on your own PC. Then you have to deal with Microsoft's pressure, which makes you very happy if you choose Off365. You can easily pay for their revenue model. I paid €140.00 and then a day later I found offers for €35.00. That's a bit frustrating. My old laptop runs Win10 and Off2021 with great pleasure. Unfortunately, it can't be upgraded to Win11 after nine years of faithful service.
