The product works fine, but we had a problem at first entering the wifi password. You can open the on-screen keyboard by swiping from bottom to top, that is not mentioned anywhere. Eventually we work without wifi and app by connecting the screen to a laptop with a USB cable and data transfer similar to USB stick. That works fine and also no problem with privacy, unwanted advertising via the internet. The app is pushed quite a bit, you don't need it at all if you only want to show some existing photos. Photos are not shown in the order they have in the explorer folder (if sorted by name), but they can be sorted by date. It would also have been useful if more sorting options had been present in the list by default.

The product works fine. Although Coolblue indicated that it had 16 GB of memory, it actually had 32 GB. We transferred the photos by connecting the frame to a laptop with a USB cable. The frame then functions just like a USB stick. You don't need an app or have to connect WiFi. That also has advantages for privacy and (probably) no unsolicited improvements will be suggested. We did order a MicroSD card, but you don't need it either, we couldn't even find a port for it.... The frame is relatively flat so it looks more like a standard photo frame. The frame is much thicker for the larger sizes, which was the reason why we chose this frame. I will buy another cord or adapter with a white color so that it stands out less against the white background. Depending on the position of the screen (vertical or horizontal), the photos should also have a portrait or landscape format for the best result (otherwise they will be shown only partially). We have sorted the photos by orientation. Furthermore, the sorting option of the photos is limited. We wanted to display the photos in a certain order identical to the order in a folder of the laptop (sorted by name). However, that is not possible, the list sorts by date, so you would have to adjust the date of the photos to be able to display them in the desired order.

Insufficient RAM/technical malfunction? causing the software program to freeze frequently. Does not respond or responds very slowly to touch input and even often freezes during shutdown itself. Upon inquiry, the software vendor points to the hardware vendor and vice versa.
