Philips Sonicare 6500 Series HX7411/02

In six months, I've gone through three devices: After about six weeks, the on/off button becomes increasingly difficult to operate, until the brush finally stops working (almost) at all. Coolblue always kindly exchanged the device, so excellent service. But I won't be buying a Philips Sonicare again. The cheaper model had the same problem, by the way. It's a shame, because when the brush works, it's a fantastic device.

Philips Sonicare 6500 comes with a nice travel case that also charges your toothbrush. This is practical for traveling or outings. The included bristles are soft and feel nicer than my previous electric toothbrush, which were always stiff and hard. This feels nicer and cleans just as well. You are also alerted if you press too hard by means of a light that comes on. This corrects bad habits that are bad for your teeth. In addition to soft brush and the indication, you also have the choice to choose a different brushing mode or intensity. So everything is done to protect your teeth. Especially if you have sensitive teeth, this electric toothbrush is recommended.

Beautiful toothbrush delivered in a beautiful box. These can be tested. Was very fast. Received half full, first charged before use. For your brushing overview and brushing tips you have to connect it to your phone. Then brushing is a completely different experience... I had to get used to it. It does not rotate with a brush but it vibrates in your mouth. This gives you a completely different experience. Brushing your teeth foams less and runs out of your mouth more easily, which makes the handle dirty quickly. In addition, it vibrates in your mouth, which makes you quickly tap your other teeth above or below, which gives an unpleasant feeling. This makes you have to brush with your mouth open further, which makes your toothpaste run out of your mouth faster. It does brush cleanly around the tooth, but it does not get in between and you still have to floss. In addition, it beeps when you have to brush another area, which is similar to the beep you get when you press too hard. This makes it less likely that you are pressing too hard, you will see a light on, but you will only see it if you look in a mirror, otherwise you will not. My teeth do get cleaner and feel cleaner than with a normal toothbrush. In addition, the overview is very useful to gain insight into how you are brushing, very easy to find in the app. But then you have to have your Bluetooth on continuously, on the days that you do not have it, the app does not see it either. Nice device but can be improved. And it takes some getting used to. Price quality I do not know if this device would be my choice. Quality is good, but for that price I will look for another device next time that suits me better.
