You connect the device to the Beurer HealthManager Pro app via Bluetooth to gain insight into measurements.
You also measure your heart rate and receive a warning in case of possible heart rhythm disorders.
The rest indicator gives a notification if you have not gotten enough rest just before the measurement, to prevent unreliable results.
With this blood pressure monitor, you can't measure your blood pressure at night.
