Since purchasing this Krups espresso machine, I've been thrilled. The coffee is richly flavorful, and the milk froth was exactly what you'd hope for: firm and creamy. At first, it seemed like a perfect purchase.

Unfortunately, the milk frother broke after just over a month. Not a big deal, I thought, but it turned out that Coolblue doesn't offer separate service in that case. The entire machine has to be returned, meaning you're without coffee for weeks. That's quite frustrating, especially if you're just getting used to everyday convenience.

In short: fantastic coffee, but the durability and service are disappointing. When everything works, it's enjoyable, but if there are any problems, you're without your machine for a while.

We've been using our fully automatic espresso machine for a week now. It took some time to figure out how everything works, but now it's a breeze. It's a Krups coffee machine, and you have so many options: you can adjust the grind from coarse to fine, the strength of the coffee, and even the amount of coffee. You can also choose whether you want milk: cappuccino, macchiato, or just frothed milk with the Sensation Milk milk frother. You can also adjust the amount of milk. The milk reservoir is easy to attach and detach. After use, the milk container rinses itself clean when you press "clean." What seemed quite complicated at first is now very easy. Refilling the water is effortless, and emptying the coffee grounds is also simple. A light comes on when the container is full. I didn't realize the drip tray was full for a moment, but now I know a red indicator pops up when it's time to empty it. We all have our own coffee recipes. I prefer my coffee black, while my daughter loves cappuccino. Secretly, I love it too, especially with a drizzle of pumpkin spice syrup and a sprinkle of gingerbread spices. It's a busy time for us in a house full of coffee lovers—but that's perfectly fine!

The coffee machine is surprisingly smaller than I expected. It has six settings for making coffee (with milk). The coffee is brewed really hot, making it nice and warm. Cleaning the machine is also easy. The milk frother rinses automatically, and the coffee grounds are neatly collected. The bean grind can also be adjusted to five settings. The machine has the option to save two favorites, but I don't find this option necessary. Setting a cup of coffee is quick and easy. I didn't find the size of the coffee quite right. The M, L, and XL options seem to give almost the same amount of coffee. All in all, a great coffee machine with enough options for a good cup of coffee.
