I've been using Samsung SSDs for years and they never disappoint, other brands have let me down on occasion.

Because of previous good experiences with Samsung, I again chose an SSD from this brand: reliability! (although this SSD obviously still has to prove itself)

I used this SSD to upgrade a somewhat older PC that is not eligible for the upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. Installed a new SSD, switched to Linux and off we go. The system feels like new and runs like a train!

Cons? Samsung did not add a screw to secure the SSD to the motherboard. A minor thing, but unfortunately. The packaging could also be better, the SSD had come loose from the cardboard holder.
