According to our insurance for drones expert
You replace your DJI Air 3S for a fixed amount, regardless of the severity of the damage.
Thanks to the extensive coverage, you'll receive a new drone in the event of an error message, signal failure, and fall and water damage.
DJI Care Refresh isn't valid for Second Chance drones.
This service runs through DJI itself, not through Coolblue.
Note: this service needs to be paired within 48 hours after activating your drone. Has your drone been active for more than 48 hours? Then read our manual on how to pair the service. This card is only suitable for the DJI Air 3S.
Want an extra service when your DJI Air 3S drone is damaged? Purchase the DJI Care Refresh Card Air 3S (2 years). With this service, your drone will be repaired or replaced for a fixed price up to 4 times. The cause of the damage won't be considered for this. You'll pay € 99 each time. Even if it's completely broken. This way, you prevent a high bill. You won't pay any shipping costs in the region where you bought the card. Malfunctions which are covered by the warranty are error messages, signal failure, damage by collision, and water and fall damage, for example. You can also lose your drone during a flight. In this case, it's possible to request a new drone once. This falls under the Flyaway Coverage. For a replacement model, you pay € 429. The Care Refresh Card is valid for 2 years.
If you purchase the DJI Care Refresh Card Air 3S (2 years), you'll receive 1 extra year of service if your drone breaks. This service doesn't run via Coolblue but via DJI itself. Go to the manual (PDF) for more information.
