According to our VR headset expert
Thanks to the enhanced sound, you can enjoy your game, series, or movie even better.
You can watch your favorite movies with the right black and color levels on the micro OLED display.
This headset connects to your phone or Nintendo Switch, so you don't need any extra software.
The RayNeo Air 2S is only suitable for devices with an USB-C port.
This headset doesn't work on its own.
Watch videos and movies on a virtual screen with the RayNeo Air 2S. The RayNeo Air 2S has a Sony micro OLED display with a 600-nit brightness. As a result, the contrast and colors really stand out on the screen. With a 120Hz refresh rate, you can see action-packed scenes without screen tearing. You can also enjoy your game, series, or movie even better since this AR headset has improved speakers. This is an augmented reality headset, which places a virtual screen in the real world. You can watch your favorites movies and play games from your Nintendo Switch. You connect the RayNeo Air 2S to your phone or Nintendo Switch via the USB-C cable. You can also easily take the headset with you in the included protective pouch.
The RayNeo Air 2 is compatible with the iPhone 15 models, MacBook, iPad, ROG Ally, and Android phones with USB-C with DP Alt Mode. For other models without USB-C with DP Alt Mode, you need an adapter.
I was hoping to have a mobile screen with these glasses. But they don't work at all and hurt your eyes after a few minutes. The biggest problem is that - no matter how you set it - most of the screen is blurry. In addition, it is very uncomfortable that the "screen" shakes with your head when you move. This makes it unbearable on the train, for example. In short, don't buy it. It's actually crazy that Coolblue has this product. They don't normally sell junk.
