I bought the 2000W version, but it only works for a maximum of 10 min at 2000W, then it switches back to 1200W, the desired room temperature is still far from being reached, presumably overheating or design flaw. I am still in conversation with the Company to find out what the problem is, Design flaw or a defective product. If it does switch back to 1200 W, I might as well take the 1500 W version.

This is an update of my review on this Heater. I have the statement from the Company itself, and they say that by EU laws there must be an overheating protection, I have measured and at ~50 degree wall temperature the unit switches back to 1200W, this is achieved in a few minutes. The 2000W is absolutely useless. I maintain that it is a design error, why advertise and more expensive price for only max 10 min (rather 5 min) high power?

App is disappointing, switches back in power just like that, while there is a demand for heat.
