The cooktop has a flexible cooking zone flexible cooking zone, so you can easily turn 2 zones into 1 large cooking zone. That way, you can create more space for your large pot of stewed meat or a grill plate. The cooktop has 15 different settings total, so you can always choose the right one for your meal. You can easily choose these settings via the slider controls. Are your salmon and vegetables already done, but just started on your baked potatoes? Turn on the keep-warm function. This keeps your food warm without continuing cooking. Got distracted and is your pot of pasta boiling over? The cooktop automatically shuts off thanks to the overflow protection.
