According to our robot vacuum expert
The base station cleans the mopping pads with steam, so no bacteria or odors remain.
The robot vacuum empties its dust cup, fills its water tank, cleans, and dries the mopping pads in the extensive base station.
The robot recognizes carpet, so it vacuums extra thoroughly and pulls up the mopping pads automatically.
If the base station dries the mopping pads and empties the dust cup, it can make quite a bit of noise for a short time.
We have had this robot vacuum cleaner for a month now and are not entirely satisfied. Vacuuming and mopping works well, but the robot keeps quite a distance from walls and objects. In addition, it sometimes does not recognize where it is when it comes out of the base station, which means that the preferences we set for the rooms on that floor with regard to vacuuming and mopping do not work. On other floors it is even worse: if you take it there, it often does not recognize them, which means that the settings do not work there either. And setting the maps for the different floors already took so much effort. The bottom line is that it is a reasonable device, but that we expected more intelligence and user-friendliness from it.

Robot Vacuum/Mop Review: Innovative with a Few Areas for Improvement
I was lucky enough to test this advanced robot vacuum/mop, and I’m glad I gave it a try. It offers an impressive combination of features, but it does have a few drawbacks that need to be mentioned.
Design and installation: The charging station is quite large, which makes sense given the built-in features: automatic dust bag emptying and switching between clean and dirty water for mopping mode. This does make the station stand out in your home. It’s important to choose a spot with plenty of free space around it for optimal operation. Installation was easy, especially since I was already using the SmartThings app. The robot was quickly added, charged, and ready to go.
Performance and usage: The robot offers options for vacuuming only or vacuuming and mopping at the same time. The combined mode is especially useful, as it allows you to do everything at once. The app is intuitive and even offers a handy scheduling option. However, I chose to stay nearby during cleaning, as the robot sometimes got stuck on the front doormat, which is slightly lower.
When vacuuming intensively, such as under the bed, I noticed that dust sometimes gets blown away and ends up in already cleaned areas. However, this seems to be a general characteristic of robot vacuum cleaners and not specific to this model. Mopping goes reasonably well, although the robot sometimes seems to have trouble resuming the mopping function after switching to carpet. The floor becomes slightly damp, which dries quickly – ideal for a quick clean, but less suitable for stubborn stains.
Maintenance and space: After completion, the robot returns to the charging station, where dirty water is drained, the mop is cleaned with steam, and then dried. This process is thorough, but takes some time. I found that our house, with quite a lot of furniture and limited space, is not ideal for this robot. Although the robot works neatly around objects, I like to remove things from the floor myself to optimize the cleaning.
Floor plan and functions: When first used, the robot creates a floor plan of your home, which you can use to set no-go zones. A disadvantage is that you have to create a new floor plan for a different floor, because the robot does not seem to support multiple floor plans at the same time. This can be cumbersome if you want to use it regularly on different floors.
Conclusion: This robot vacuum cleaner/mop is a technical masterpiece, with strong points such as the automatic maintenance of the mop and the user-friendly app. At the same time, there are still areas for improvement, such as dealing with transition areas and use on multiple floors. For larger, minimalist homes, this robot is ideal, but in a smaller, busy home it can be a bit more fitting and measuring.

This Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Steam robot vacuum cleaner with mop function is a nice device. However, the device does take up quite a bit of space, partly because sufficient free space is required around it. It is noticeable that this zone is not always included when cleaning.
When first used, the robot creates a map of the rooms. This is displayed in 3D, with each room being saved separately. This allows you to indicate which room it should vacuum, mop, or both. It is not possible to plan the next room in advance; it first returns to the station. There it parks backwards with precision. The dust is then sucked into the dust bag, which produces an audible sound. At the same time, the dirty mop water is drained and the mops are thoroughly cleaned and dried.
Via the app you can easily indicate a specific area that needs to be cleaned, which is useful for small tasks. The brush protrudes slightly beyond the device, allowing it to reach a little further, although I notice that it does not always take the edges well. Mopping is done with little water, which is nice because the floor dries quickly and is passable again for people and animals.
The mopping function works well on uneven tiled floors. It cleans the floor well and leaves no traces or edges.
