The Miele Guard M1 Terra Red is a powerful vacuum cleaner with a bag. During testing, the strong suction power was particularly noticeable, together with handy user functions. However, I do find it a pity that the vacuum cleaner does not come with floor brushes for specific usage situations.
Strong suction power and smooth use
The M1 Terra Red has powerful suction, especially on the highest setting. Then it almost clings to the floor. I can easily let some air escape via the air slide on the handle. This allows me to move the vacuum cleaner more smoothly over the floor. With the adjustable suction power and icons, I can quickly choose the right setting for every cleaning job. The wheels roll smoothly, so I can easily pull the vacuum cleaner around the house. This allows me to vacuum with little effort.
Handy design with smart details
The long cord is handy, because it means I change sockets less often. The attachments are in a compartment in the vacuum cleaner. I can easily click them open. This way I always have them to hand. I can switch the floor nozzle for different floors, such as carpet or laminate, at the touch of a button. The large dust bag lasts a long time and closes well. This prevents dust from being released when I empty it.
No extra floor brushes
The Miele Guard M1 has no extra floor brushes, apart from the combi brush. For example, there is no parquet brush for delicate floors and no turbo brush for animal hair.
