The Miele TQ 1000 WP Nova tumble dryer has everything I need. A spacious drum, extra programs and steam to reduce ironing. With Wash2Dry I always choose the right drying program. Connecting to the app is a bit difficult, but with a bit of patience it works fine. Thanks to EcoSpeed and the QuickPowerDry program I also dry quickly and energy-efficiently.
First impression This new Miele Nova tumble dryer looks very neat. The dryer has a super sleek appearance and a beautiful glass touchscreen display. I swipe through all the programs with my finger. This does leave a number of prints that I then polish away. There are many different programs for all types of laundry. I know for sure that I will not miss anything.
MotionReact and ComfortOpen A nice feature of this dryer is MotionReact. This makes the dryer switch on automatically when I walk towards it. I do not have to set anything for this. The ComfortOpen door also opens automatically. I tap the edge of the door once with my hand and the door opens automatically. Handy, when my hands are full of clean clothes from the washing machine. This way I can load the dryer in one go.
Wash2Dry With the Wash2Dry program I always use the best settings for my laundry. The dryer does this based on my previous washing program. If I want to use this program, I first have to connect my washing machine and dryer to the app. This is a bit difficult at first, but after a while I figure it out my phone is connected.
Steam With the PowerFresh program I freshen up my laundry with steam without a washing program. Nice when I want to wear my worn shirt fresh in the evening to a dinner. The steam reduces odors in my clothes. As an extra I also add a FragranceDos bottle to the drum wall. Now my shirt smells really clean. The steam also removes the creases. This means I no longer have to iron.
DryCare40 I find DryCare40 a nice function. I prefer to throw all my clothes in the dryer. The program is suitable for all clothes that I can wash at a maximum of 40 degrees. This saves me a lot of time, because I no longer have to sort my clothes before I throw them in the dryer.
EcoSpeed The dryer uses EcoSpeed technology. On the energy label I can see that the dryer is quite energy efficient. Great, because that saves me energy costs. I also notice that the dryer dries really quickly. I like to do a number of washes in one day, so I really like a fast dryer. My favorite program is QuickPowerDry. With this I dry my entire outfit in just 49 minutes.
