Want an extra service when your DJI Osmo Mobile 7 Pro gimbal is damaged? Purchase the DJI Care Refresh Card Osmo Mobile 7 Pro (1 year). With this service, your gimbal will be repaired or replaced for a fixed price up to 2 times. The cause of the damage won't be considered for this. You'll pay € 9 each time. Even if it's completely broken. This way, you prevent a high bill. You won't pay any shipping costs in the region where you bought the card. Malfunctions which are covered by the warranty are water and fall damage, for example. The Care Refresh Card is valid for 1 year.
