According to our robot vacuum expert
The robot lifts itself off the floor, so it goes over doorsteps with a height of up to 4cm.
Because the robot retracts its laser with low furniture, it also cleans neatly under your couch.
The robot cleans thoroughly, thanks to a high suction power and smart mopping function.
The base station is relatively large, so it takes up some space in your home.

Bought the device after seeing the X50 at work. This L50 is the same generation, but only lacks the function to jump over 6 cm thresholds.

Let me start by saying that robot vacuums have become a hobby that got out of hand. There's a robot vacuum on every floor. I've also been very satisfied with IRobot for years; I've owned every vacuum cleaner from the Roomba 500 series onward, as well as all the mops. I've even owned the Looj (gutter sweeping robot).
While IRobot was the market leader for years, they've now been significantly overtaken by other brands, including the Dreame. My last IRobots were the J9+ Combo and Roomba 505. Comparatively speaking, the Dreame is much quieter and more accurate. It's also striking how dirty the wastewater still is after the Roomba mops and the Dreame L50 Pro Ultra goes over it again.
What an incredibly beautiful product this is. It's also great that it's incredibly quiet, so it doesn't bother us that the vacuum is running when we're home. Washing the pad is the "noisiest" part, and even that's relatively quiet. The pads also dry very neatly.
The robot also navigates and moves very neatly through the room. It even handles moving furniture effortlessly. The extendable functions of both the brush and pad clean exceptionally well along edges and corners. While the Roomba S9, due to its shape, also did this well (vacuuming), the Roomba J9+ was significantly lacking in this area.
Finally, my first Dream L50 Pro Ultra didn't work. Personally, I was very pleased and impressed that Coolblue immediately recognized my experience with robot vacuums and did everything they could to get it working. Unfortunately, without success. It was very kind of Coolblue to call me back to inquire about the status and then exchange the product without any problems. The new L50 Pro Ultra was, of course, installed without any problems within minutes. This can always happen with technical products, of course, but Coolblue's helpful attitude is especially commendable in this regard.

What an asset! Super nice. Vacuum cleaner and station look neat. Solid quality. Easy to install. The robot does need some time. For our living room (approx. 30 m2) e.g. half an hour for just vacuuming. Mop system also works great. Camera on it also works well. And you can even talk to it.
