After eight years of faithful service, my previous iPad Pro was ready for a new life as a gaming iPad for my grandchildren. After much deliberation, I bought a 13-inch iPad. Coolblue's service is fantastic, as I've come to expect. No problem at all exchanging the 13-inch iPad for an 11-inch iPad. No hassles or anything like that.
