Woxom Groove

The Woxom Groove is a handy speaker that allows me to listen to music anywhere. Thanks to the included carrying strap, I can easily take it with me. The speaker produces balanced sound, but unfortunately, I hear sharp tones at high volume.

Balanced sound The high, mid, and low tones sound balanced. As a result, the bass is not too overpowering, and vocals and instruments sound clear. The sound is natural. With podcasts, I understand the conversations clearly, and it sounds realistic. The volume can go high, allowing me to hear the music loud throughout my entire living room. I find this handy when I host drinks at my home with a few friends. Unfortunately, I hear some sharp tones in the sound, which is why I do not use the speaker in small spaces. The sharp tones bounce back quickly and do not sound pleasant.

Convenient size The speaker has a convenient design and size. Because of this, I use it at home and on the go. There is a flat piece on the bottom where I place the speaker. This ensures it stands stably on any surface. Because the rest of the speaker is round, I can easily hold it in my hand. I carry the speaker over my shoulder with the included carrying strap, making it easy to take with me. The speaker feels sturdy, so I can take it out without worry. The buttons on the top are easy to press. It took me a while to figure out that the on/off button also works as a start/pause button. I press the button briefly when I want to pause or play the song. When I press and hold the button, the speaker turns off.

I use the speaker indoors and outdoors.

A great alternative to the somewhat more expensive JBL. The dynamics are slightly less balanced. Although it has decent bass, it lacks some body in the mid-range. Otherwise, a fine speaker with a good volume.
