According to our barbecue expert
You protect your barbecue from dust and rain with the included cover.
You can use multiple cooking techniques at the same time, because you can remove the rack and add accessories.
You can store your tools and charcoal in the storage space in the underframe.
You can't easily lift the barbecue up the stairs or over a doorstep due to the 70kg weight.
As we expected.

The Boretti Ceramica large is a beautiful and high-quality kamado. I've had it for a week and have BBQed with it 4 times and I really like it. The taste of the meat is much better than with the gas BBQ. I do notice that I have to use a lot more coal than I am used to to get it hot (above 150 degrees).
