I've used this coffee maker twice now, and both have exactly the same problems. The coffee is lukewarm instead of hot, and the milk froth is barely there or disappears almost immediately. With the first machine, only the first cup was fine, but after that, it didn't work. With the exchanged machine, even the first cup was lukewarm. Coolblue is offering to exchange the machine again, but since this is happening with two identical machines, I seriously doubt whether this is a defect and not simply a product characteristic. For a machine in this price range, I don't expect top-notch barista quality, but you can expect a decent cappuccino. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this machine, regardless of Coolblue's otherwise excellent service.

I've been searching for an 'affordable' machine for ages. Most look ridiculously ugly in the kitchen or are very bulky. This one is very attractive, subtle, and not too gigantic. It's also very easy to use, and regular coffee (long coffee) is ready very quickly.

The taste, of course, depends on the beans you use.
