With the Severin WK 3418 kettle, you can boil water to exactly the temperature you need. You can choose the right temperature in steps of 5°C. That's ideal if you want to prepare different types of tea. For example, you can pour delicate green tea with 70°C water. If you turn on the keep-warm function, the water will stay at the right temperature for longer after boiling. This is useful when you have other things to do in the kitchen, or if you want to brew your tea a second time. Thanks to the volume marking, you can see how much water is left at a glance. This way, you only boil what you really need and save water and energy.
