The high temperature creates steam that spreads evenly. This way, you can also cook crispy dishes like flammkuchen. This function also cooks your food gently. Have multiple dishes on the menu? This oven has 3 levels. You can easily prepare 3 different meals at the same time this way, which saves time and energy. Scrubbing is no longer necessary. The pyrolysis function burns dirt to ash. Once the oven has cooled down, you can simply wipe it away with a damp cloth.
