Wisberg WBDR5AB9ML CondenserClean

For my laundry room, I am looking for an energy-efficient dryer with extra ease of use. The Wisberg WBDR5AB9ML CondenserClean ticks all the boxes. I save a lot of energy with energy class A, and additionally, it requires little maintenance thanks to the self-cleaning condenser. It is also nice that I can start a program remotely via the Wisberg app. This allows me to reduce wrinkles with steam and shorten drying time.

First impression What I personally really like is that the dryer is completely black. To me, this is more special and cool than just plain white. The display is sleek and clear. With this, I have enough programs and functions for every load of laundry. I do notice fingerprints and small dust particles a bit faster, but this doesn't bother me. When I open the drum door, I notice how much space there is. A large load of bedding fits in easily. The lighting gives me a good view of my laundry. This way, I don't miss a single sock, even in the dark. The display is multilingual, giving me a choice of different languages. When you speak Dutch yourself and your partner speaks English, for example, this is really handy.

Operation via Wi-Fi

I connect the dryer to the Wisberg app using the rotary knob. First, I tap the gear symbol. I use the rotary knob to look for the Wi-Fi symbol, which I confirm with the start/pause button. I download the Wisberg app on my smartphone and create an account. Through this app, I add my dryer and operate it remotely. This way, I can see from my home office when my laundry is dry and hang it up immediately. I also start a program while out and about.

CondenserClean

The dryer stays clean with CondenserClean. Thanks to the self-cleaning condenser, I have less maintenance and the dryer continues to blow powerfully. This ensures my laundry dries better and requires little attention.

SwiftDry & CreaseControl

With SwiftDry, I shorten a few programs using the boost function. This allows me to finish drying faster. Handy when I have a small load of slightly damp laundry. I also quickly dry a small load with Quick dry 59'. This leaves my shirts dry within an hour. For fewer wrinkles, I turn on the CreaseControl steam function. The steam relaxes the fabric fibers, making my wrinkled shirts feel smoother.
